REFUND PROCESS
A timely return request is processed according to the Shipping & Delivery Agreement.
RETURN TRANSPORT
The dealership assumes return transportation costs when the vehicle is deemed unsatisfactory within the inspection period.
VEHICLE CONDITION
The vehicle must be returned in substantially the same condition as delivered. Normal wear and tear is allowed.
By accepting delivery, the buyer acknowledges the Shipping & Delivery Agreement. Final terms are governed by the signed purchase and delivery documents.
